Our Beautiful Surroundings
The surroundings offer a rolling lawn among mature trees beside a rushing river, a babbling trout-filled brook (licensed fishing allowed) and a gushing falls.
Walking , bicycling, hiking and cross country skiing trails extend for miles through both cities via the old railroad bed which has been restored to quiet beauty since the trains were replaced by trans-island buses in the '70s.
Across the street is Sobey's Shopping Mall with it's six cinemas. Walk up the road to church or visit Donovan's/St. Anne's Industrial Parks. Downtown St. John's is only a 10 minute drive.
